1. Who is responsible?

ORVEAX is the business identity operating this website. For questions or requests about personal information, email hello@orveax.com or use the official contact options. Please do not put personal or confidential details into a public message.

2. Information we receive

The contact page displays an enquiry form whose submit action is currently disabled. The two landing pages offer forms that prepare a draft message in your own email application; ORVEAX receives the information only if you review and send that email. Appointment scheduling itself takes place outside this website. When you visit, the hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and requested pages for delivery, security and troubleshooting. When you choose to book, you leave this website for Calendly, where you may provide your name, email, appointment details and answers requested by the booking form.

3. Why information is used

Information may be used to deliver and protect the website, arrange the consultation, respond to your request, manage a business relationship, keep necessary records and meet applicable legal obligations. Where applicable, the basis is a requested pre-contractual step, legitimate interest in secure operation and responding to enquiries, legal obligation, or consent where required.

4. Booking and other providers

Calendly handles appointment submissions under its own configuration and privacy notice. Website infrastructure is provided through Cloudflare. Service providers may process technical or booking information to operate their services, subject to their terms and applicable safeguards. Information may be processed outside your country; relevant provider arrangements and applicable safeguards govern such transfers.

5. Cookies, preferences and analytics

Your appearance choice stays on your device and is not sent to ORVEAX. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and performance through a browser beacon, with results shown in aggregate reports. According to Cloudflare’s service description, it does not collect visitors’ personal data. We do not currently send service-click or booking-intent events to an external analytics vendor, and no advertising trackers are enabled on this website. Infrastructure may still process technical data needed for delivery and security. Any expansion into additional analytics, marketing cookies or forms requires a privacy review and an updated notice.

When a visit link contains supported campaign codes, we carry accepted source and campaign tags between site pages and pass them to Calendly when you continue to booking after acknowledging this notice. The link may include the page code and booking-button position to distinguish the route. This does not collect form data or use cookies or local storage. A completed booking is recorded by Calendly, not inferred from opening its link.

6. Retention and security

ORVEAX aims to keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant request, business relationship, security need or legal requirement. Actual periods depend on the type of record and provider; no single fixed period applies to all data. We use proportionate access and security practices, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of relevant personal information, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Email hello@orveax.com or use your established business communication channel; we may need to verify your identity. You may also contact the competent data protection authority where law provides that right.

8. Enquiry forms and map

The contact page enquiry form is a preview with submission disabled. Landing-page forms prepare an email draft on your device; you can review or discard it, and we receive it only if you send it from your email app. The contact page also embeds Google Maps. Loading it may connect your browser to Google and share technical data such as your IP address and browser information, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

9. Updates

We may revise this notice as the website, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected here before relevant new processing begins where required.
